A simple breakdown of my experience

After a long day of travel, I found this hotel to be a warm and inviting space. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the pool area was fantastic. While the hotel shows some age, the ambiance and friendly service made my stay enjoyable. A great location for exploring local shops and restaurants!

Ideal spot for divers looking for a real experience

Had a fantastic night at this place, the staff were really friendly! I even jumped into a sombrero dance competition and, well, I won. They handed me a bottle of tequila, which was unexpected but totally awesome!

Surprising kindness and great diving

Every morning, we were greeted by empathetic staff who made us feel right at home. The diving facilities were top-notch and conveniently located. It truly felt like a diving paradise!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was less than ideal, leaving it a bit too humid for comfort. A more consistent cooling system would have made the stay perfect.

The king room had air conditioning, an alarm clock, a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a telephone, and a toilet. The breakfast offered freshly baked croissants and juicy fruits. I loved the large pool area and the beach access through a tunnel. Staff was super friendly, and complimentary bicycles were a fun touch for exploring.

The spacious pool area is fantastic! with plenty of lounge chairs and fun daily activities. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast offers delicious options that set a positive tone for the day!

The dining experience was inconsistent. breakfast was enjoyable, but dinner options often felt repetitive and lacked excitement. Additionally, I had a few issues with cleanliness—my room wasn't always properly attended to during the day.

easy strolls to parks and local attractions make for a great stay

I loved the convenience of being just a short walk from Parque Quintana Roo and Chankanaab Adventure Beach Park, which made my mornings delightful as I explored these beautiful areas. the complimentary bicycles were a fantastic bonus for getting around town with ease.

A great place for a group of friends! We had a refreshing swim in the spacious pool and enjoyed snorkeling just off the hotel beach. The staff was friendly, and activities kept us entertained. It’s close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

wifi didn't reach the room

I had a relaxing stay at Trademark, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and excellent snorkeling. The pool area impressed me, but the air conditioning could use improvement. Overall, a delightful escape with friendly staff.

great facilities but check-in process needs improvement

The resort is perfect if you're into scuba diving, with dedicated equipment facilities that were very convenient. The pool area was spacious, allowing for plenty of lounging time in a relaxing environment. I also appreciated the fresh water refill station in the lobby, promoting sustainability. The stunning pool view further enhanced my stay.

However, I experienced some inconvenience with the check-out and check-in process after my first night.

They also offered the best spots for chilling, whether you prefer the beach area or the serene garden space. The only hiccup was that our check-in took a bit longer than expected, but overall, it didn't ruin the fun! 🌴
